Try us free for a day. Pay only if you like it. Change your mind in the first 24 hours? You get your money back.
Here's the deal at Kemo IPTV. We don't want your money if the service isn't right for you. That's why we built two safety nets — a free trial before you pay, and a refund window after. Below is exactly how each one works.
1. Try Before You Pay (Free 24-Hour Trial)
Our preferred route is simple: test the service for 24 hours, free, with no credit card. You get the same channels, the same picture quality, and the same apps a paying subscriber gets. If it doesn't work for you, walk away. Nothing to cancel. Nothing charged.
Most refund situations never happen because people use the trial first. Grab yours on the free trial page before you reach for your wallet.
2. The 24-Hour Refund Window
Decided to subscribe and now you've changed your mind? You've got 24 hours from the moment your payment cleared to ask for your money back. We don't quiz you on the reason. We don't ask you to jump through hoops.
- The clock starts at the time stamp on your payment receipt.
- It applies to your first paid subscription only — not renewals or upgrades after the fact.
- One refund per customer, per account.
- The refund goes back to the same card, wallet, or crypto address you paid from.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
Pick whichever channel is fastest for you:
- WhatsApp — tap to chat with support. Usually the quickest path.
- Contact form — drop us a note here and we'll reply by email.
Tell us the email you signed up with and roughly when you paid. That's it. We confirm the request within a few hours and start the refund the same day in most cases.
4. Multi-Month and Yearly Plans
The 24-hour window covers every plan we sell — monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly. Same rule, same timer. After those first 24 hours though, longer plans aren't refundable on a partial basis. So if you're 40 days into a 12-month plan, we can't pro-rate the remaining months back to you. The trial exists so you don't end up in that spot.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term unless you cancel first. Renewal charges aren't covered by the 24-hour window — they're treated as a continuation of an existing plan, not a new purchase. To skip a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Message support if you can't find the cancel option and we'll handle it for you.
6. When a Refund Won't Apply
A few situations fall outside the policy. We'll be straight with you about them:
- The request lands more than 24 hours after the payment cleared.
- The account got suspended for breaking the Terms & Conditions — sharing logins, reselling, that kind of thing.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. Once that's in motion, ping us first instead so we can resolve it directly.
- You're asking about a renewal charge rather than the original purchase.
7. How Long the Money Takes to Arrive
Once we approve the refund, we send it back the same day. How fast it lands in your account depends on the payment method:
- Credit and debit cards — usually 3 to 7 business days, sometimes up to 10 if your bank is slow.
- PayPal — same day to 24 hours.
- Crypto — back to your wallet as soon as the network confirms, typically within an hour.
- Bank transfer — 5 to 10 business days, depending on the country.
If you don't see it after the window above, message us with your refund ID and we'll trace it.
8. Buffering or Channel Issues? Talk to Us First
If something's not playing right — buffering, a missing channel, the app crashing — let support take a crack at it before you ask for a refund. Most of these are fixed in five minutes with a server change or a quick app reset. We're on WhatsApp around the clock, and most issues turn out to be your ISP or a setting we can adjust on our end.
9. Updates to This Policy
We can update this page when laws change or our payment partners change. Any update applies from the date it's posted. If you're already a subscriber when something changes, the rules in place on your purchase date stick with you for that billing cycle.
